Rules & Regulations
Credit Card information is collected when booking an appointment. This is in place for people who no call no show to their appointment. The charge for a no call no show is $20. Non-refundable
If you need to reschedule, you will need to do it 24 hours before the appointment or you will be charged the no call no show fee of $20. Non-refundable
If you are late to your appointment, the amount of time will be subtracted from the time allotted for the appointment. Clients more than 10 mins late will need to reschedule and will also be charged the $20 no call no show fee. Non-refundable
Clients who no call no show 3 times will no longer be accepted as a client.
Payment for services is collected before the service is performed. No exceptions.
No children under 14 years of age allowed in the spa.
Children must be 14 years or older to receive spa services & must be accompanied by an adult/guardian at all times.
No pets or animals allowed in spa (Professionally Trained Service animals allowed).
All sales on skin care products and gift certificates are final. Non-refundable
Groupons that are expired will not be accepted.
Goddess Skin Spa has the right to refuse service for any reason.
No outside food or alcoholic beverages may be brought into spa.
Cash, Card & Pay Apps accepted.
Contact and other information is collected upon arrival. Services will not be performed without the completion of an intake form.
If client does not speak english, an english speaking person must accompany the client to translate.
